Accessing a GPS Signal

To ensure the fastest, most accurate GPS tracking, the PetLinkGPS for Dogs should be used in unobstructed, open spaces.

The PetLinkGPS device is equipped with an assisted GPS (A-GPS) technology. The first time you use your PetLinkGPS, it may take a few minutes to connect. Note that weather conditions, battery level, and signal coverage will affect the connection time.

CAUTION: Densely urban areas may cause the PetLinkGPS' position to vary slightly. The time it will take to receive your pet’s current location on the PetLinkGPS App may take between a few seconds to a few minutes to load the first time, depending on your GPS connection.
