My petlink gps tracker is not working properly. It is stuck on uploading data

It sounds frustrating that your PetLinkGPS tracker is stuck on uploading data. Here are a few steps to try:


1. Make sure the tracker is in an open, outdoor area for a stronger GPS signal.

2. Check if your location has good cell phone coverage, as the device needs it to upload data. It will sync once coverage is restored.

3. Reset the tracker by plugging it into a charger for about a minute, then unplugging it.

4. Ensure Bluetooth and Location permissions are enabled in the PetLinkGPS app.
